Meg Tancredi MS, RD

Meg has a unique background of being an educator and dietitian with a masters degree in Educational Psychology and another in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from USC.

Meg is quite passionate in not only educating but in encouraging and inspiring others to make changes in their health.  She incorporates empathy, compassion, and a little humor when working with clients on behavior change. 

Because Meg has worked in various clinical settings, she has seen first hand the conventional methods of managing blood sugars…and how they often fail the patient.

Meg felt a sense of urgency and a calling to help individuals gain control over their health once and for all, and founded Whole Health with Meg. There is an abundance of tangible, simple steps people can do to get off medications and feel better, both physically and mentally. Meg has experienced many open-minded clients that have learned these tools and have been able to significantly improve their health and lifestyle and feel their very best.
